Notes

5/7/22-Will do a 90 minute mash and double batch sparge for max efficiency. Adding the dregs from several bottles of Dupont, Russian River and Allagash to the Napoleon. The WP60 is a Dip Hop in the fermenter with the tea. WP10 is the flameout and peppercorns. Adjusted the salts and acidity for pale ale recipe.
