Notes

After fermentation is complete, crash cool in fridge. 2-3 days before kegging, add 1.5 whole sliced jalapenos (sliced like pickles, do not remove ribs or seeds) per 5gal carboy. Add 4oz of Amoretti Artisan Raspberry extract per 5al keg and shake vigorously while carbonating. The raspberry extract will settle on the bottom of the keg if you don't shake it hard enough.
