Notes

Mash at 154 for 60 mins. Mash out at 170 (optional). Sparge slowly with enough pre boil for a 90 min boil. Alternatively, boil down first gallon of runnings until syrupy and add to boil kettle (have not tried yet) Highly recommend using a yeast starter
