WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

This recipe will have changes, as I dial it in. I am striving to create a beer I always want in a keg. For now 5 lbs of Briess Dry Malt Extract and the 34/70 yeast will stay consistent, the specialty grains, hops and adjuncts will change. I will be listing the changes in this note section.
Version 1 used 1lbs cara ruby (Ruby did not add a lot of flavor)
Version 2 used 1lbs crystal 80L (strong caramel note)
Version 3 used 1lbs Red X
