Notes

Characterized by a light pilsner-like color, this light, sessionable beer has a BU:GU ratio of about .55. The malty characteristics are light with a touch of honey and table sugar. Hops aromas include flowers, lemon peel, plumb, passion fruit, gooseberry, lemongrass, and white grapes. Hops flavors are exceptionally fresh and flavor this beer with passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, gooseberry, lemongrass, white wine, floral notes, pepper, lemon-citrus and dark fruit.
