Arvada water is pretty close to Pilsen. A bit high in Ca, Na, and SO4 but pils and light lagers have been coming out nice so I'm not changing anything.

Notes
  • Simple German Pilsner with 100% pils malt and a heavy dose of German noble hops in the late boil.
  • This started with Spalt because that's what FW uses, but I've tried a few different varieties with the most recent being H. Mittelfruh.
  • 34/70 (Weihenstephaner) and Diamond (Wisenschaftliche #308) have both worked well
