Our first homebrew. American IPA, Single Malt (Maris Otter Pale)/Single Hop (Amarillo, 7,4 % AA). Equipment: Klarstein Beerfest mash tun-boiler + 2 buckets and stuff. No bag used, mash tun low filters.
