Notes

Steep Oats @ 150-160 for 20 min

Bring to boil add fermentables

Get back to boil. Boil for 10 min.

Remove from heat and add hops, steep for 20 min

Add water and ferment 2-3 days. Add first dry hop.

Primary 3 wks, secondary 1 wk.

Add 2nd round of dry hop 5 days before packaging

Condition for 2 wks.
