Notes

Late afternoon - shade - 72 degrees - slight breeze

I went to Keystone Homebrew Supply - I ask the guy to convert a recipe and he over estimated the grain bill - sold me 15# of Weyerman Pilsner plus .375 of Honey Malt and .125 of Weyerman Acidulated Malt - way too much - this recipe was coming out at 1.9 OG! Took out 3 lbs - I am hoping the grains were well mixed.

Dumped in at 160 went down to 154-55 degrees (535p) - fully insulated and ready to seep - at 30 mins - temp was 146 (surprised!) - added heat to 154 618pm - 1.48 after boil nearly 8 gallons - it's watered down...need to boil off..a lot...1.62 finish OG - very happy with OG and color - great process

Add CRYO hops at 3.5 days later...(1 oz of Mosaic and Citra)
Smelled yeasty when I opened fermenter today
