Lots of screwin around on this one
2 gal of distilled water
Rough crush of non-vienna grains
Mash at 145F for ~1/2 hr
Pull strong mash & add hops, decoct in instantpot using porrige setting
Rejoin to 150F, hold there while repeating
Rejoin to 155F
Raise to 160F
Let fall to 135F
Raise to 150F
realize I didn't reset water when I decided to go no boil
boil until ~1 gal (5kg system)
Rack onto hops when cooled to ~150
