Notes

Found this listed as Brithish Bitter (sp?) in Brewer's Friend and copied it to my recipes. The late edition extract is available as Maillard Malts, Maris Otter Malt Extract from Northern Brewer. The name brands of the DME are Munson's DME LIght and steeping grains Fawcett Cara Malt respectively. All available from Northern Brewer.

I want to try this recipe for a traditional British Bitter session beer.
