Få till en ljus IPA med lagom bitterhet, och singlehop Galaxy.
Denna gång humlar jag sent i koket förutom bittergivan.
Har ökat på vattnet i mäsk och vört mer än tidigare. Haft svårt få ut rätt mängd jäsbar vört sista 5-6 ggr. Vilket iof inget gör när jag har 18 liters corneliusfat. kokar 60min

ABV= 6,6%
Efter en vecka i kegen så stoppade jag i 30gr Galaxy i fatet.
Har gett grymt god fruktton på ölen nu efter ytterligare en vecka.
