Notes

taken from brooklyn brew shop beer making book, this is the mild recipe. reduced the malt contribution slightly to hit 6%.

i brewed some version of this recipe back in 2012 as my first ever homebrew! Amanda still says to this day that this was her favorite of all my homebrews. So we will have some ready for the next time we see her.
