Notes

Made lemongrass tea at 30 min with food processor lemongrass in 1 pt of water. Water was filtered, boiled, then reduced to 180F then infused.

Steeping vessel was poured over mesh bag that had the 10 min fuggles hops, so steeped water made it into the wort and lemongrass into the bag.
