Notes

Attempting to clone Grimross's Cheval D'or Beer.

Description on Can says It's a light farmhouse ale, floral & spicy with a crisp dry finish.

The mash temp was low at 63 C which should help keep the taste and finish dry. The hops chosen should provide the spice and citrus, floral notes.
