for the basic raw ale idea see notes from other raw ale recipe.

for this we're going for green bullet new zealand hopped pilsner although we're using 2row (happened to get a bag on the cheap from an online sale)

i meant to get some crystal malt for this but forgot so instead im mashing high at 158 to get some malty grainey body and flavor.

going to then add the DME to pot (inside?) and add the hops to that.

Need to add more mash noted frim paper but I boiled 1is gallons with the dme and did the hop schedule. I think it might be too caramelised and brown but well see. To sace having to use strainer I just spared the mash grains with the small boiled wort. All in all I came out right st 5 gallons and 1.055 #nailedit
