Notes

Simmer the macaroni in 4 gallons of water until it's overcooked and mushy. Do not drain; use the cooking water as part of the mash-in.

I accidentally added the tangerine and coriander at 10 minutes instead of 5, and they overpowered everything else. So don't do that. :( I may try this one again with a little less lactic acid even though the mash pH will be a little high.
