Notes

Macerar los granos durante 60 minutos a una temperatura entre los 65º y 70º C. Transfiera el liquido a la caldera de ebullición, recirculando el primer cuarto del mosto, lavando el grano con agua a una temperatura de 80º C y hervir durante 60 minutos agregando el lúpulo según la programación.
