Notes

Added 1/2 gallon of filter water after sparge due to Pre boil gravity was hight than expected.

Reduced Gravity to 1.036

20 mins left in boil checked gravity it was 1.044. Added 3 quarts of water reduced to 1.038

Final gravity of chilled wort was 1.042
