Notes

Add raspberries when FG is almost reached.
Add rose petal tea the following day.
Rose petal tea - heat 2 cups of water to 90℃ and add rose petals. Keep temp at 90℃ or there about for 10 minutes. To do this place pot in oven reheated to 90℃.
