Mash run from the start with no stalling. Used a small brass tee on a short length of silicone to recirculate.
Sparging is better with the recirculation coil from the Ss mash tun so as to not disturb the grains |

Given such a haphazard brewday - the gravity has worked out OK. The liquor on transfer to the fermenter - although slowed to a trickle by the trub filter - was very clear throughout and hopefully will aid clarity post-fermentation |

Still bubbling slowly - a few bubbles every couple of seconds. Fermentarium showing 18oC and fermenter thermowell showing 19oC. Will allow to ferment for 48 hours more before cold-crashing for 2 days. |

A few bubbles stimulated after moving fermenter from fermentarium to crash chiller, but gravity only dropped 1 point in last 24 hours. Will wait for another 24 hours and expect to be at terminal gravity - and then chill to 2-3oC for 36-48 hours |

Only 1 pt dropped overnight so assume we’ve reached terminal. Fermenter had dropped from 17-15oC in ambient temps. Glycol chiller switched on and was at 0.0oC in a couple of hours. Fermenter hooked up at 12:00 and will run for approx 48 hours before packaging. Fermenter had dropped from 15-5oC in 3 hours. |

2x full cornies purged with CO2, one put straight into dispenser for bar at 4oC and 14 psi. Second keg charging at ambient (although was 3oC on transfer) at 14-16psi - ambient temps still at single figures in brewshed. |
