Notes

Hochkurz Double Decoction Mash. Infuse to 130F for protein rest. Hold 20. Infuse to 148. Rest 40.Pull 1/3 decoction heat to 160F hold 15, boil, return to get 159F. Rest 20 min, pull 1/3 mostly liquid decoction. Boil and return to get 168F. Recirc 10 min. Collect 14.75 gal. 60 min boil.Whirlpool/Recirc thru immersion and CF chillers 15 min. Collect 10.25 gal in fermenters and 1 gal in qt starters. Got 1.052 OG, O2'd, pitched at 55F.
