OG - Corrected: 12.00 °P, 1.048
FG - Corrected: 2.74 °P, 1.011 (hrm, Hydrometer is @ 1.018)
Alcohol By Volume: 5.05%
Tastes like a coffee-forward porter. I'll do another gravity reading on Wed and if no changes, cold crash until Sunday then into the keg. |
