Notes

Maybe Prairie Pilsner Malt for main base with a little Belgomalt Pilsner malt.

After pulling first half (to be used towards the traditional rice lager), add 3 lbs Lotus, and 2 lbs lemon Drop, and 1lb Calypso. Whirlpool for 5 mins to mix. Rest for 20 mins. Knock out second half for the Hazy Rice IPA.

Traditional Lager - Contessa mainly, with some Calypso, maybe a touch of Lemon Drop

Hazy Rice IPA - Contessa with a little Calypso in boil, but going hard with Lotus and Lemon Drop in whirlpool and DH.
