Notes

Aiming for, I guess, an APA. I want a lower ABV than an IPA (<6%) and decent, but not insane, bitterness around 40 IBU.

50% of batch will be modified with a mix of UK crystal, dash of chocolate, to make a red APA.

The non-red APA will get large DH, the RAPA will be stay as is.

Both going to be fermented with US05.
