Back sweetened on packaging with 24oz of Erythritol which was made into a syrup with 1 cinnamon stick, 3 all spice berries, 1/2 a pound of frozen ginger and a pinch of nutmeg in 2 quarts of water. This was made in 4 batches and added in steps to allowing checking of gravity and tasting. Packaged gravity was brought up from .996 to 1.006. |
