WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

i. Disappointing ☹
ii. Way overcarbonated
iii. Tasted really similar to the saison attempt: look into ratios of wheat to other malt? Maybe just use ale yeast next time?
iv. As I drank through this batch, it tasted better

g. Improvements:
i. Shorter carbonation time
ii. Gotta revamp the malt and specialty grain selection, I just don’t know how
