Notes

Boil only 1 gallon with the hops. Add boiling water to keep 1 gallon. Strain the hops out, and add the 1 gallon back into the rest of the wort, raise the wort temperature to 165F, and add to fermenter (cool if possible). Top up with boiled water. Pitch below 85F.
