Notes

This is a clone recipe from Sierra Nevada’s website. I used all cascade for this version. I had to rush the brewing for this beer and I did not boil off as much water as I expected. This is why the og is 1.044-1.045. I considered adding some sugar to bring the og to 1.05ish but ultimately I decided to keep it more sessionable (under 5%) and hopefully more crushable too. I want this beer to be carbonated and ready to drink in less than 14 days so I feel the lower og will result in a faster final gravity. It might be a hazy for the first week since it will not have time to condition but hopefully still a delight.
