Water to 160F
Add corn - replace lid
Steep 30 minutes
Add Barley - replace lid
Steep 30 minutes
When temp is 140F - add amylase
Replace lid, hold for 90 minutes

transfer to fermenter, saving 5-10 litre's hot liquid
add sugar to hot liquid - stir until dissolved
add to fermenter
top up with water to 35-40C
