Notes

OG 1.049 - 20L into fermenter.
Yeast pitched at 13 degrees same night. Starter was a little slow.
Temp raised to 18 5 days after pitch.
Transferred to keg via almost closed transfer at 1.020 on 19/8. Majority of krausen was left behind, so not sure if this was a good idea or not.
