Only took 1 quart because gravity was so low. Didn't adjust hops or juniper so still at 0.2 and 0.1 oz respectively. |

Pitched about 15 mL of slurry. Put beer in distilled water "milk" jug to ferment with stopper and airlock. Placed on floor of basement. |

Poured into 1 quart plastic club soda bottle. Poured back into hydrometer for measurement then poured back into bottle. Squeezed all air out and capped with force carb cap. Shook in CO2 at ~14 psi while warm, then again after cooling. |

Tasted pretty good. Nice complexity and definitely lager like (because of the noble hops I assume). A bit of sulfur on the nose and possibly taste. Not really any hint of the terrible mushroom like flavor from the Midgard Pale Ale... Don't really know what to do with this yeast now... |
