Notes

Brewed 23 FEB 2019:

-36 hours in to fermentation it blew the top off! Cleaned up the mess and changed airlock to tube & jar of water.

-Day 7, 63 Degrees, fermenting nicely.

-Day 12, 63 Degrees, Still over an inch of honey on bottom, still bubbling every 1-2 seconds.

March 10: added White Labs 099 yeast to max out the honey input.
