Notes

Kettle-soured with 7 Swanson's Lactobacillus plantarum capsules.

A light, dry, tart Gose with slight earthiness from the Dandelion root, floral notes from the Yarrow, mintiness from the Mugwort and a touch of juicy-fruit from the Chamomile. I think there is a bit too much Coriander in this version and will tone that down a bit next time, perhaps bumping up the Yarrow to compensate. Note that this is specifically using dried Yarrow flowers, not leaves, and it's native California yarrow which has less aromatics than the Eurasian kind - so you can safely use more of it.

This beer turns brilliantly clear after a bit of aging and holds up very well. Delicious and crushable.
