Didn't take a gravity. This batch is experimental, mainly trying to see if my gf will like a fruit beer soured with lactic acid instead of using bacteria. |

Tartness is about right but there's no cherry or other berry/fruit flavor. I can remember thinking, "man, this stuff is pretty thin for a fruit puree". I'll have to get some cherries next time. Or maybe dried cherries. |
