Notes

Immediately after flame-off, flash cooled in ice water and added crystal hops. Left to cool for approx 10 minutes then transferred to fermenter. Hops remained (i.e. not fully dissolved - question whether should have hopped first, waited 10 mins, then flash cooled to ensure some bitterness).
