Attempt at LoDO + copper IC.

mash temp may have ended a little low... forgot to check it.

a little bit of extra boil time because the gas blew out at some point... make sure that when doing a low boil it's high enough to not make an issue

Markedly less bitter than actual California Lager, might want to try going closer to 30IBUs.
