Notes

The pineapple is pineapple juice, but seems about right for sugar content ( 26gm per 250ml ).
It was cloudy juice, but didn't have pectinase shit or whatever, so just lowered the Attenuation. Bottling at 1.014.
Tastes fucking awesome.

I refermented it actually. Dropped it way down after adding a little more sugar and leaving it.
