I wanted to brew for a relative with Celiac disease.
Originally wanted to do a gluten free lager strain (Saflager) but due to time restraints we will settle for Kveik (also gluten free) I Recommend the online store of https://glutenfreehomebrewing.com/ if you plan on doing some GF stuff .
