Notes

Boil 5 gal. water in 8 gal. pot
Add 3lbs. DME + Hops, bring back to boil for 60 Min.
Add 12lbs. DME (total 15 lbs. DME) + 5 lbs. Honey at flameout

Cool and add to 14.5 gal Blichmann Fermenator. Add 5+ gal tap water for total of approx. 10 gal

Add yeast. Using (2) Safale US-05 only because that is all Brew and Grow had.
