Only had 55 percent efficiency with this batch. Pitched the kveik Voss at about 100 degrees. |

Fermented completely in one day. The Kveik Voss really went to work. I believe the pitching at 100 degrees and using yeast nutrient really helped this along
Added the rest of the mosaic and cascade hops for dry hopping
