IKEA Dryck Lingon - Lingonberry juice drink concentrate + Sylt Lingon -Lingonberry fruit spread. Each 500ml bottle of concentrate contains 400g sugars, each 400g jar of fruit spread contains 140g sugars. Add to fermenter and top up with water to 1 gallon total volume; add yeast nutrient and ferment with Red Star premier blanc wine yeast.
