Notes

Mix your usual brewing water 50/50 with distilled water or RO water to make 5 gallons (19 liters) and heat it to 154°F (68°C). Mill the grains and steep at 154°F (68°C) for 60 minutes. Boil for 70 minutes, adding hops and Irish moss or Whirlfloc according to the schedule.
