Notes

35g CaCl for 35 gallons of strike water. Add 22 gallons of strike water at 170 gives a 148.5 mash temp. Mash like that for 1 hour. Refill to 30 gallons and add 17g CaCl


Start Fermenting at 52, then when I see activity (2 days), turn up to 54, leave for 4 days, then turn up to 60* and let free rise
