Notes

A complete fail! It started as a plan to get rid of old grain stock... and old they were indeed... reducing the extraction to a 62% efficiency.
Then, malt choice... I pushed the limit of the crystal malt to 20% and that killed all hops flavours. We ended up with a strong ale with no character. Bad experience with my first rye brew... I’ll have to try again without crystal at all...
