Pour 9l litres of Organic Pure Tassie apple juice over 500g of ginger, add a bottle of maple syrup. Throw on a cider yeast and nutrient. Let it ferment out for a week. It ripped through it and got it to 0.00!
Meant it was super dry once fermented out. If you like really dry cider you can leave it their and keg.
I added another 1.25 litre of unfermented Organic Pure Tassie apple juice, threw it in the keg and its great.
