Very malty with fruity esters. Too malty in fact. Balance with more hops and ferment at low temperature.

After 1 month of aging, the beer cleared up a LOT. The esters are still present, but more subtle now.

Natural Carbonation would give this beer more time to mature and make it a good beer for a hand pump or cask
