Notes

This is an experimental "Bourbon" mash recipe only. I haven't worked out all the details yet. I would suggest not following it untill i can update it as it is an expensive grain bill. I am still a bit of a novice so any and all suggestions are welcome. I am trying to up my fermenter/still amount and use a pure grain mash. No sugar. I'm finding this to be harder than expected.
