Notes

Chill to 35 degrees Celsius and leave in the garden open overnight. 2014-11-24.

Sample taken 9/12/14 - gravity 1.022: Dry, slightly tart, pineapple and passionfruit. Probably Brett. Brown rafts atop of a bubbly pellicle.

04/01/15 - Gravity at 1.010 PH at 4.0 Smell of brett, sewer, dirty pipes etc with some barnyard coming through. Brown rafts floating on top of the surface - no bubbly pellicle as before.
