  • 2.5 lb corn sugar
  • Omega Lutra Kveik 1/2 pack (5.5 g)

  • Brew Tea for 3 minutes @190ºF in about 1.5 qt. of water.
  • Cool to room temp to reduce haze
  • Add dextrose (corn sugar)
  • Top off with spring water to 2.75 gal.
  • Ferment @ ~70ºF for 1 week (no temp control needed w/ Lutra)
  • Cut up 1 honeydew melon into chunks and freeze.
  • Add to sanitized mesh bag and put in keg ~1 week prior to serving.
